  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 10–21 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
  • Shipping costs for other methods or international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment's status in real-time.

5. International Shipping

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed packages:

  • Domestic Orders: We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • International Orders: Unclaimed packages will not be refunded.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage for resolution.
