Return Policy

At Crowned Silver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Prepare Your Package: Include proof of purchase and RA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Send it to Crowned Silver, 166 West Valley Avenue, Birmingham, AL 35209.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
